Although Ghana's failure to reach the AFCON, which has left the forward in contention, reports suggest a major move is imminent. The 25-year-old has a deal with a substantial buy-out clause applicable for a two-week period at the start of the month. Latest reports indicate Manchester City have emerged as his services. Other interested parties like Tottenham and Chelsea reportedly have turned their attention to other options, potentially opening the door for teams like Manchester United or Liverpool to attempt a last-minute bid.

M. Guéhi

This England centre-back has continued to excel for Crystal Palace despite a previous transfer to Liverpool falling through. As his contract due to expire in the close season, this represents the London club's last opportunity to secure a transfer fee for their captain. A host of elite sides, including Manchester City and multiple continental powerhouses including Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich, are believed to be interested. This Portugal playmaker might be set for a return to the Premier League after a spell in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, there have been rumours from Spain that he is prepared to take a pay cut for a switch to the Spanish giants.

Marc-André ter Stegen

This experienced German shot-stopper is now as third-choice at Barça following the coach Hansi Flick. After fallen out of favour and undergone an operation, a January departure seems increasingly likely. Villa were once linked as a potential destination, but that move now appears unlikely. Instead, clubs from Turkey and Saudi Arabia are thought to be expressing curiosity in the keeper.

Ivan Toney

This proven England striker has continued finding the net frequently in the Middle East. A return to the Premier League might enhance his fading chances of making the national squad.
